I was contacted through Facebook Messenger by someone who gave me this number to call to get my "winning money" from the Federal government! I believe they hacked a friend's Facebook page to get to me. Needless to say I didn't call the number and I'd bet if you do call, it switches to a 900 number.

I called them back and they said that they called me because I called them....not true I have never called that number...
Said they were the IRS and they were going to file a lawsuit against me. I'm smart enough to realize this is not how the IRS does business. Bunch of idiots trying to scam people.
