Pão de Queijo de Mandioca + Recado pra Monica Mello

Essa é uma variação muito interessante do pão de queijo, principalmente quando você comprou mandioca e não faz ideia do que fazer com ela. A massa crua já é uma delícia (por favor, não me perguntem como sei disso) e os pãezinhos prontos muito saborosos.

*Xícara medidora de 240ml

500 gramas de mandioca cozida e amassada
3/4 de xícara de óleo 
1/2 xícara de leite 
200 gramas de queijo parmesão ralado 
250 gramas de polvilho doce 
250 gramas de polvilho azedo 
Sal  
3 ovos


Cubos do queijo de sua preferência, opcional (usei mussarela mesmo)


Preparo 
1. Preaqueça o forno a 180°C. Unte uma forma grande e reserve.

2. Em uma panela, em fogo baixo, cozinhe a mandioca, o óleo, o leite e o queijo parmesão até levantar fervura. Despeje essa mistura sobre os polvilhos e sal e misture até ficar homogêneo. Junte os ovos e misture. Modele os pãezinhos (se a massa estiver muito grudenta, use duas colheres de sopa), coloque um cubo de queijo sobre cada pãozinho e leve para assar por 20 minutos ou até que fiquem douradinhos. 

Dicas: Você pode guardar a massa de um dia para outro na geladeira. Ou também congelar a massa crua (já em formato de bolinha) ou assada.

Rende: 25 pãezinhos.
